 What influences you more, your relationship with yourself or your relationship with others?  Why?

the thing that influences me more is my relationship with others like my brother and my mom and my friends probably because I am always listening to them

The things they carried by Tim o'brien pages #1-10

what I read from the first 10 pages of The things they carried was that the First lieutenant Jimmy Cross was in love with a girl named Martha who he wants to think she loves him but part of him thinks that she doesn't. He also wants to believe that she's a virgin but I highly doubt it because it also says that she's had a couple of boyfriends before. than he has his platoon of about 17 men and they used to draw sticks wit numbers between 1-17 and whoever got 17 was supposed crawl through the tunnel with a flashlight, and the lieutenants .45-caliber pistol. the rest would stay outside and act as security.
